Friendly staff, rooftop welcome with mint tea. Room and bed were spacious, decor was beautiful. Exclusive and peaceful atmosphere in the busy Medina. Convenient location. Pleasant rooftop pool. Good hammams. Reception staff very helpful. Unique mosaic art, architecture, and lighting. Great overall service and friendliness. Highly recommended to friends. Warm and helpful people, delicious food cooked to our request. Entertaining Christmas party. Efficient and nice staff. Great spa experience.

This amazing hotel is superbly located in the heart of the city, just steps away from the bustling main market square. The convenient location allows easy access to all the attractions and tour departure points. The rooms are well-appointed and comfortable, providing a cozy retreat after a long day of exploring. the helpful staff goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay, providing excellent service and a wealth of information about the best places to visit.

The location was perfect, as it was very close to everything in the Medina and just a short walk from the bustling square. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a wonderful rooftop terrace and a refreshing plunge pool. The cleanliness of the rooms and the entire hotel was perfect. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, just a short walk from the bustling Jemaa el Fna square. The staff here were amazing, always going above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with high-quality bed linens and all the amenities I needed. The hotel also had a beautiful outdoor swimming pool and spa, where I was able to relax and unwind. the service and facilities provided at this hotel were top-notch.
